Joined as a product manager at an almost bankrupt startup, left as a COO of a profitable company.

Focused on building processes that enable world-class results with as little effort as possible. During my time, we had to reduce headcount by 60%. Still the team managed to double marketplace sales every year, keep service quality insanely high (96% customer satisfaction, 4.5+ star app store reviews), and have fun while at it.

As far as I know, that's still the case! 👏👏

Built a chart-topping app with an all-consultant team in 12 weeks and later managed an in-house product team.

We had three simple principles: to build "the fastest, cheapest and easiest way to prove your student identity". Based on that, we made ruthless prioritization every week. Anything that didn't take us where we wanted to be, had to go.

The 12 weeks was probably the most intense and gratifying period of product development I've experienced.

My first shot as an entrepreneur. With two other founders, we set out to solve the problem of matching short-term job opportunities with gig workers. Obviously, we failed miserably.
