Dealing with entropy
I use calendar to schedule my days. Calendar helps to channel energy to the things I want to focus on.
I always wear similar clothes to save energy to deal with life.
I sleep enough. Sleeping helps my brain to recover from all the messy activities of the day.
I choose my fucks to give. I accept that I can’t affect most of the things happening in the world. I try to focus on the things I can affect and that are important to me.
